Leggette Brashears & Graham, Hydrogeology Report by Thomas Cusak, for CRGD

CRGD hired Mr. Thomas Cusak of LBG to consult on hydrogeologic aspects of the Dover Knolls project. His report is referenced in NY DEC’s comments,  and is included in CRGD’s DEIS comments.
